Serat Persada was established in mid-1992 beginning as a provider of courier services for letters and documents around Surabaya. After several years, in 1998 the company transformed to be a provider of industrial equipments supplies.

The new business then became the core field of the company. Furthermore, Serat Persada also develops a new division of engineering and maintenance consulting services. Since the people behind the company were already having background in the field of engineering and maintenance, with extensive experience in industrial equipments, Serat Persada has grown to be professional and dependable in this scope of industry.

We provide several services for the industrial needs, some of those are as a supplier of industrial equipments, including many different types of pumps, blowers, mechanical seals and packings, repair parts, pump accessories, filters, Plate Heat Exchangers, membranes, chemical & pharmaceutical pumps and many others.

Our company also provides regular maintenance (periodical and preventive) service, field service and in-house repair of many types of industrial equipments, particularly pumps and similar devices and their accessories. For the these tasks, our staffs can be positioned in the field or factory, make periodical visits or be called as per request. We are flexible and always accomodating our customers' needs.

We also provide engineering and maintenance consulting services.
